for Sunday-Thursday nights and the higher rates below per room are
for the Friday and Saturday nights. Occasionally this may
change due to special events/holidays.
For example
the 1 double bed room during the high season is typically $78-night
on Sunday through Thursday and then $108/night on Friday and
Saturday nights.

"The Fine
Print".....A $10 surcharge may be
added to the rooms rates per night during the 4th of July, Pirates Week and certain other
holiday or special weekends. To guarantee your
reservation, one nights deposit must be received within 7
days of inquiry. 10.75% Tax must be added to all room rates.
Efficiencies are not taxed. Personal checks are
accepted as a deposit paid in advance, but will NOT be
accepted at check-in time. Major credit cards are
accepted on all reservations except efficiencies and chalets which
require a 50% nonrefundable deposit. Room deposits will
be refunded only if we are given more than 2 days notice
prior to scheduled arrival. This does not apply
to Chalets and efficiencies which have NON REFUNDABLE deposits.
All reservations must be paid
in advance and are subject to our confirmation, the
failure of guests to vacate, and causes beyond our
control. It should not be assumed that all rates are
available at all times. |
